Enrolling in the Ansell Grimm & Aaron, P.C. 401(K) Retirement Plan gives you a powerful way to save for retirement with your choice of contributing through a Roth Retirement Plan arrangement or Traditional Retirement Plan arrangement.
Your contributions are automatically deducted from your paycheck and deposited into your account. If your choice is to enroll in a Traditional Retirement Plan, you have the opportunity to reduce your current taxable income. You’ll also benefit from employer matching—100% on the first 3% of pay and 50% on the next 2%— which helps maximize your savings.

All contributions and earnings are yours to keep, even if you change jobs, and investing over time allows you to take advantage of compounding growth. Additional features include financial wellness tools, Voya Cares resources, and the ability to make changes anytime online or through the Voya Retire mobile app.
