Paid Time Off

As a valued employee of Ansell.Law, you are eligible for paid time off, which is determined by your years of service.

Details regarding this benefit are outlined below.

​

  • Years of Service: 0-5 Years
    Level of Paid Time Off: 14 Days

​

  • Years of Service: 6-19 Years
    Level of Paid Time Off: 19 Days

​

  • Years of Service: 20+ Years
    Level of Paid Time Off: 24 Days

​​

Additional Information:

  • Paid Time Off balances will be front loaded on January 1st each year

  • New Hires will have their PTO prorated starting 60 days after hire through the end of the year

  • One PTO day is equal to an employee's regularly scheduled hours per day

​

PTO Carryover

  • ​Up to 5 unused PTO days may be carried over to the following year

  • TIME OFF (Front Loaded on January 1st, will be prorated if applicable)
